This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for LinguaFlowPro software license that you have purchased through us.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order/payment. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:
- The license key has already been sent to you
- You have activated the software
- You have used the software for more than 30 minutes of cumulative practice time
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund of your ₹1500 subscription fee if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 2 days (48 hours) of your purchase timestamp
- You have not activated or used the license key for more than 30 minutes of cumulative practice time
- The software has a technical issue that prevents basic functionality on your Windows 10/11 system, and our support team cannot resolve it within 24 hours of your report
- You provide your purchase transaction details and the email used for purchase
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 2 days (48 hours) of purchase
- If you have used the Software for more than 30 minutes
- If the Software works correctly but does not meet subjective expectations of improvement
- If you change your mind after license activation
- If your system does not meet the minimum requirements (Windows 10/11 with working microphone)
- If you have violated our Terms & Conditions
4. Return Policy for Digital Products
As LinguaFlowPro is a digital software product:
- We offer refund within first 2 days from the date of your purchase
- If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have activated or used the software license
- If the license key has been shared with you but not activated, we may consider refund after verification
5. How to Request Cancellation/Refund

- Include: Your full name, purchase email, payment transaction details, and a detailed explanation

- If eligible, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
